HiperCo50 Cold Rolled Strip Iron-Cobalt Soft Magnetic Alloys High Saturation Iron-Cobalt
XUNSHI supplies HiperCo 50 cold rolled strip with minimum thickness of 0.05mm. We are among the several TOP suppliers in China who are able to make this thickness. Our customers are from worldwide including EU&US.
XUNSHI has rich experience of supply HiperCo50 parts, machined and heat treated. What's more, we are able to help our customers to improve the design of product.
Diameter: 0.2-5.0mm
HiperCo50 is an iron-cobalt alloy used in magnetic components requiring high permeability at and above 15 kG (1.5 T) or high magnetic saturation.
In fact Hiperco50 has the highest magnetic saturation of all soft-magnetic alloys and excels in application where this attribute is needed. Hiperco 50 maintains its strength after heat treating making it your best choice for application that experience high forces (e.g. rotating parts).

Characters
- Exceptional resistance to corrosion, stress corrosion cracking and hydrogen embrtittlement.
- Good fatigue stregth.
- The absence of aging in service.
- The absence of magnetism.
- Ability to be used over a wide range of temperatures, from liquid helium to about 500°C.
- Perfect passivity in contact with human tissues.
- The possibility of increasing the strength of parts by age hardening after forming, leading to strength levels unattainable with other materials.
- The absence of brittleness at low temperatures (no transition temperature).
- A maximum service temperature about 100°C higher than for stainless steels.
- A corrosion resistance vastly superior to that of molybdenum containing stainless steels.
- A very high yield strength that combined with a high elastic modulus in both tension and torsion, enables the storage and rapid release of large amounts of elastic energy.
Applications
- Aeronautical and aerospace equipment
- Automotive ABS systems
- Automotive injection systems
- Electrical and electronic apparatus
- Equipment for the chemicals and oil & gas industries
- Flexible coupling
- Pacemaker electrodes
- Printer springs
