ASTM A753 UNS N14080 is a commonly used wrought nickel-iron soft magnetic alloy produced or supplied expressly for use in magnetic cores and other parts requiring high magnetic permeability, high electrical resistivity, low coercive field strength, and low core loss.
The material is capable of being produced in a wide variety of forms and conditions suitable for further manufacture into specific magnetic articles.
